We work towards your goals and your passions and use them to help you optimize your potential and live the life you want, including mental skills training. The personal attention you receive during a private yoga session can make a true difference in your body and mind. You work individually with Janina as your teacher to address your specific needs. She will meet with you, ask about your goals and formulate a plan to get you there.  And because it's 1-on-1 you decide how fast or slow you go to meet your goal. Teaching responsively, Janina constantly sees what's happening in your body and will make adjustments as the session unfolds.
